All kids love climbing trees, including big kids. Brittany’s legendary forests contain many tree-top and adventure trails, including some that children as young as four years old can tackle. With helmets and harnesses on, you can ride zip-wires, climb ladders and scale hanging bridges to get your heart pumping in the tree-tops.
Cycling is a great way of getting some exercise together while discovering the Brittany countryside. If you can’t bring your bikes with you, no problem: our region has as many cycle hire outlets as places to visit. With many green lanes where no cars are allowed, you can ride in complete safely. And if your teenagers want to let off steam, head for the mountain bike centres labelled “Station VTT”
