3. Seeking lost treasure in the Blavet valley
Vallée de Pratmeur – Quistinic
Get away to Quistinic, 18 miles north of Lorient, amidst rolling green countryside. You’ll be greeted by donkeys and ponies, which your children won’t be able to resist! Vallée du Pratmeur is a paradise for animals: alpacas, chickens, rabbits, etc. Drop your luggage in one of the family tree houses, perfect with 2 or 3 children. The houses are accessed via a bridge or a spiral staircase, which is an adventure in itself! From your nest, you overlook the 25 hectares of the domain. Explore it in detail on a treasure hunt. Other activities include a trampoline in the trees and disco golf. Are heights not your thing? Then opt for the gypsy van. Perhaps you might even catch a glimpse of the elves and korrigans who come close on certain evenings…

4. On the water’s edge on the Côte des Légendes
Slow Village Breizh Légendes
The sea is beneath your feet and the horizon is blue as far as the eye can see. Slow down at Slow Village Breizh Légendes, with direct access to a superb white sandy beach in Goulven bay, in Northern Finistère. Your children will love playing at castaways in the tiny-houses, cabins, bivouac-tents or lodge-tents on this eco-friendly site. At the slow-club, there are nature-themed activities for children aged 6 to12: coloured sand creations or sculptures made from treasures collected on the beach, etc. As a family, take part in the “Do-It-Yourself” workshops and help yourself to produce from the shared vegetable garden and chicken coop. While the parents enjoy the hot tub, the teens can watch films in the cinema, just like in a real theatre, with a row of seats and a choice of over 500 films, including Disney, comedies, adventure films, etc. At 1900, you can also enjoy moments all together with a board escape game, available from the game bar. Between Fougères and Saint-Malo, 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, this guest house proposes two pretty cottages for four people in the former stables and a shoe workshop.
