Auberge Grand' Maison

Here, everything is grand. The place itself, the chef, the cuisine, the enjoyment...we could go on and on! And while Mireille Le Fur may be small in stature, she greets customers with an enormous smile, reassuring them that the service will be just as grand as all the rest. Here at Mireille and Christophe Le Fur’s establishment you’ll be surprised by how much grandeur you get a taste of! So here goes with an appetizer of pressed whelks and calve’s head which will knock you off your feet. And then WHAM, another surprise hits you in the form of bread-crumbed foie gras! Watch-out, here comes the steamed John Dory in lemongrass with turmeric rhizome and melon and the beech-smoked beef tenderloin with a Chateauneuf du Pape reduction - FANTASTIC! The Auberge’s nine extremely cosy rooms are simply an invitation to stay!
