In a wood-panelled interior or on the garden terrace, you can enjoy sea bream, turbot, brill, mackerel... supplied by local fishermen or the fish auctions in Lorient and Loctudy. These are "well caught" fish, often prepared in the Japanese style: cooked on one side on a teppanyaki griddle, marinated in shime-saba (coarse salt and rice vinegar), or matured in kombujime under seaweed. Dapper organic island vegetables, smoked fish and mussels from Groix complete a menu that changes slightly every day. There's a good selection of natural wines and a great cultural programme (concerts, shows, comic book weekends, etc.) throughout the year.
