At Le Quessoy, the Dimezell microbrewery produces traditional beers with character. The brewery is open for tasting and shares its production secrets in a discovery workshop.

Blonde, white, amber... Local and natural, Dimezell produces twelve tasty beer recipes for connoisseurs of conviviality and authenticity. On Saturdays, it's all about practical work: you do the brewing! Your mates will make their equipment available, select the ingredients and teach you the tricks of the trade. Working in pairs, you'll go through the successive stages of brewing - malting, crushing, hopping... In between tasks, you'll be in good spirits. A tasting session accompanied by...

Allow six weeks for fermentation, and you'll leave with your own production - 20 bottles (75cl) - with the label of your choice.
