The family business produces bouchot mussels, its flagship product, as well as hollow oysters. It has also relaunched the farming of hand-picked Manila clams and periwinkles. The company sells wholesale and retail products from its fish counter. The company also organises immersive site visits. Take an hour's stroll and find out about farming, sorting and packaging practices as you follow the workers at work in the workshops and on the foreshore. As you would expect, the tour ends with a tasty tasting session on the terrace overlooking the ocean. In fine weather, the establishment sometimes hosts concerts, exhibitions, workshops and meetings.
