At the end of the Pointe de Saint-Cast, a campsite that combines the charms of yesteryear with a very friendly atmosphere. Ideal for ramblers and hikers.

The terraces of the Camping La Cirque, at the end of the Saint-Cast-le-Guildo peninsula, overlook a turquoise sea that has been watched over for centuries by nearby Fort-La-Latte castle. From the 3-hectare site the port is just a 10 minute walk away, and the shops just 500 metres. The campsite has a snack bar and a grocer's shop, for emergency supplies. If it reminds you of a campsite from another age, it may be because the site has been open since 1930, and was the first to re-open after...
If it reminds you of a campsite from another age, it may be because the site has been open since 1930, and was the first to re-open after the war - at the request of the regulars. Everyone gets together at the end of the day for an aperitif, and to share the day's catch - sea bass, bream etc. And if you’re on a walking holiday you won’t believe your luck – not only does the GR34 (long-distance pathway) pass by the site, but the team will transfer your luggage to your next port of call - free of charge. Beat that!
