Welcome to Noémie Cadré, the smiling owner of these unusual premises. This young woman has worked as a sommelier in star-rated hotels and palaces, travelled around Spain and Argentina, and landed in Rennes to work in the kitchen at Le Bercail and then Origines... A curious and well-travelled chef, she invites us to sample her "wood-fired cuisine": at lunchtime, a short menu with a street food feel, including a BBQ Beef Burger or a vegetarian pita. For dinner, there's a more elaborate menu, including chicken, chestnuts, endives and juice, or octopus, sweet potato, marine juice and bergamot. What's on offer? It's fresh, clever and very good!
