The Forêt Adrénaline has sprung up in the heart of Rennes. On the Gayeulles site, the adventure park offers tree courses suitable for all ages and abilities.

In the heart of the Parc des Gayeulles, in Rennes, take to the heights and enjoy the thrills for 2 and a half hours, in complete safety thanks to the continuous lifeline. Forêt Adrénaline offers more than 210 workshops on 17 adventure courses, from 1 m to 17 m, on the theme of biodiversity. Adventurers can take to the skies on a 180 m zip line above the lake. From the age of 14, come and try the incredible Base Jump or Tarzan jump! As a family or with friends, you can discover the local fauna through enigmatic games and fun workshops in the trees. This year, adrenaline junkies aged 10 and over can try their hand at the Gibbon, a course with a harness. Another new feature is the TrampÔforest®, a gigantic net course suspended above the void with a trampoline, ball pool and zip wires, accessible from the age of 4.
