Gîte Degemer Douar

For your next holiday, come and take a breath of fresh air in the countryside and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature! Explore the Nantes-Brest Canal and admire the locks and boats along the towpath. In the commune, the Rouvray leisure park, popular with anglers, walkers and joggers, offers a haven of peace and tranquillity over three hectares in size. For water sports, the Lac au Duc, one of Brittany's largest bodies of water, is the ideal spot, and even has a beach! Don't miss Josselin, a charming town of character with the castle of the Dukes of Brittany, and the famous and legendary Forêt de Brocéliande.
The gîte is located in the heart of the owners' organic farm. They'll be delighted to show you around their business, and in early spring you can even see the just-born calves!
The house offers :
- Ground floor: living room with kitchen, sitting room and dining area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet and utility room.
- First floor: mezzanine with study area, children's play area, 3 bedrooms (1 x 160x200 bed, 3 x 90x190 beds), bathroom and separate toilet.
- Outside: a 1000 m² partially enclosed garden and a 70 m² terrace with views over the countryside and fields where the cows graze. The farm building close to the gîte is used for milking (once a day), and the cows live in the fields, so there's no nuisance to disturb your stay! Gîte adjoining an unoccupied house.
Two other gîtes are available: Ty an poul and Ty forn a bara.
