For four generations in Hillion, in the aptly named Bon abri area, the Hurtaud family has been working with seafood, in particular the famous Label Rouge certified bouchot mussel. A strange vehicle, the Myti'Bus, will take you to the heart of the park to discover a job like no other, mussel farming. At the foot of the stakes, Guillaume and his team will explain the life cycle of the mussels, their environment, the cultivation techniques and the functioning of the ecosystem of the nature...
