The visit continues in the workshops of this family run business where you’ll see the the oysters being washed and sorted. Take time to visit the exhibition of shells from all over the world - they come in a number of surprising shapes and colours. And if you fancy taking home a little souvenir, the boutique has a wide choice of jewellery and accessories made from shells, as well as regional produce.
