It used to be a meeting place for Vannes postal workers. When Nick and Cécile Stylianou and Marie Le Corre took over Le Mons, on the outskirts of Vannes, they wanted to give it back its soul as a neighbourhood address for regulars. And they succeeded! Since June 2024, people have been flocking to this "café-cuisine-apéro" for a coffee, lunch, snack or afterwork, open non-stop from Monday to Friday. Cécile and Marie take care of service with a smile that never leaves them. Behind the stove, Nick concocts a cuisine that takes you on a journey. Moroccan-style burgers, Japanese-style pork, chicken pie, Greek spanakopita... The produce is all local, with vegetables, meat, fish and eggs sourced around the Gulf of Morbihan. Choose from two main courses, including a veggie dish, and two or three desserts on the menu. Enjoy your meal in the cosy dining room, or on the terrace in fine weather. Don't forget to book!
