Under the generic name Madelezh, Didier Guilloux has a dual activity... Firstly, he preserves wild boar - La Bête Noire by Madelezh -, makes dry sausages and brews his own beers. Secondly, seven years ago he took over the Tara restaurant on the Lesconil harbour quayside, right in the heart of the Bigouden region... Behind the red wood of its architecture, this "seafood canteen", as it says on the facade, cooks simply and tastefully with good local produce, but even more so with the resources...

Behind the red wood of its architecture, this "seafood canteen", as it says on the facade, cooks simply and tastefully with good local produce, but even more so with the resources of the open sea landed every day at the auction: fish, seafood and shellfish in the limelight, with, of course, the queen of local fishing, the langoustine!
