Le Théâtre des Ombres

Le Théâtre des Ombres, a company founded in Toulouse in 1988, has been based in Saint-Malo, Brittany since early 2022. It specialises in the creation of shadow shows.
Starting out with a traditional form of shadow theatre, the company has sought to innovate from show to show in its use of silhouettes and lighting. The approach is to combine the ingenuity of silhouettes with the virtuosity of manipulation as practised in Asia.
