In 2020, the two-star chef Ronan Kervarrec left St Emilion to take over this gourmet restaurant and five guest rooms with his wife. Located in Saint-Grégoire, it is 8 minutes from the centre of the capital of Brittany.

Originally from Morbihan, Ronan Kervarrec returned 30 years later to his native region, with one objective in mind: to rediscover and share his childhood memories of flavours, especially those of local seafood. Iodine is one of the essential elements of its cooking which successfully blends roundness and acidity. At the heart of his creative process is a love of dishes in sauce such as his braised lobster accompanied by a civet sauce enhanced with chocolate and thickened with lobster coral....
