Depending on your appetite, you can choose between 3 formulas of 1, 2 or 3 courses. Do you like Breton flavours revisited and mixed cuisine? Cauliflower and buckwheat in a flaky crust, Dieppoise-style fish return, Thai-style beef (THE signature dish), tomato stuffed with strawberries and mozzarella and honey ice cream: at B, Brittany is in the spotlight, with a touch of Asia and Lyon (Céline comes from there) as well.
